Although we would like to promise you that everything is possible, it may happen that the tree cannot be delivered/installed/dismantled at your chosen location, e.g. no elevator, no access, etc..
In most cases all situations can be solved if we are informed in time.

Terms and conditionsIn order to avoid misunderstandings, mistakes or similar incidents, please place your order on our website. In this case, you will also receive a copy of your order and you can always check the details of your order (date, size of tree, etc.).
After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. A customer service representative will contact you within 1 business day to confirm the order or clarify details if there are any uncertainties or if delivery cannot be made on the date/time selected. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, an invoice will be issued after the order has been confirmed by our staff.
