Prunus Laurocerasus Bonaparte
no 12.00€
no 25.00€
Another advantage of 'Bonaparte' is its dense, compact growth. This means that the hedge does not take up too much space. There is no need for frequent pruning. 1-2 times a year is sufficient. Pruning can be done in spring (March to May) and/or fall (September to November). As mentioned earlier, 'Bonaparte' is very hardy. Studies have shown that 'Bonaparte' can withstand frost as low as -22 degrees. Along with Laurel 'Elly', it is the hardiest Laurel seedling in our range. It's no surprise that 'Bonaparte' won the Best Newcomer Award at Europe's largest horticultural show in 2020!
